(Why we limit the number and frequency of sending notices? - To avoid excessive number of group notices that can cause offline messages get capped, and it may annoy group members.)

* The notice MUST be about compatible items for Niramyth's avatars only.

* The notice SHOULD have the info about your new release(s) with a landmark or a link to your store. 

* The attachment can be a notecard or a product image or a landmark/link to your store. 

* Developers who not comply with the rules will receive a warning for the 1st and 2nd time and the 3rd time will be removed from the developer role.

* Sending notices MUST be about the event that related to Niramyth's avatars only.

* The notice SHOULD have the info about your event with a landmark or a link to your event. 

* The attachment can be a notecard or an event poster or a landmark/link to your event.
