We already canceled an early version of mesh creator application, because we have created a new developer kit (3D Mesh Clothing) for the latest version of Aesthetic body.
This is a completely new application with new requirements for original mesh creators. If you already applied for the previous application, you will need to apply this new application again because it has different requirements.
