Your use of Niramyth Productions's product and developer kit indicates your agreement to be bound by all terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use Niramyth Productions's products and developer kits.

All products are original works, designed and created by account username Hydrogen Excelsior.
All items in the package including 3D objects, textures, animations and the system remain the ownership of Hydrogen Excelsior and real life counterpart.
Niramyth Productions offers high qualify 3D characters for using within Virtual World of Second Life only.
All works have been registered Copyright certificate issued at United States Copyright Office in accordance with title 17, United States Code.
You are not allowed to export our works (3D models, textures, animations, and the system) out of Second Life for any reason, except full-permissions contents in the Developer Kits provided in the product package.
Any attempt to copy any assets/and/or the look and feel of the works as well as export the works out of Second Life in order to modify, reproduce, transfer, share or sell any parts of our works without a full written authorization from the author will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law (copyright.gov)

Applier Developer Kits
We have provided clothing, tattoo, and HD-skin applier developer kits as a guide for developers (the 3rd party creators and designers) who want to make clothing or tattoo or skin appliers for Aesthetic Advanced Mesh Body.
UV maps of Aesthetic clothing, tattoo, and skin templates, as well as sample textures of clothing, tattoo, and shadow maps of skin textures that provided in the developer kits are originally created by Hydrogen Excelsior, and remain the ownership of Hydrogen Excelsior and real life counterpart.
All use of developer kits must comply with Linden Lab and applicable law, and must not violate Second Life Terms of Service (TOS) or Community Standards.

The textures of clothing, tattoo, and skin that have been originally created by the developers to use with Aesthetic Advanced Mesh Body, will belong to them, and remain the ownership of the developers themselves. The developers are responsible for their own texture works.
If the developers use the contents (mesh, textures, scripts, etc.) from other original creators or outside resources, it is their responsibility to comply with the Terms of Use and Agreement of those original creators, and to ensure that those contents are legal to use.
